As I reach the milestone of 10 years since I started this colourful habit, it’s both nice — and slightly frightening — to look back and sum up how it’s all gone so far.
81 original paintings now live in private collections across 7 different countries, including 15 US states… which is kind of cool.
Not to forget the hundreds of printed reproductions that have also found homes in 12 countries. Sweden has been a big one — my art has ended up in 28 different Swedish towns. The current winner is Sundsvall, with 52 prints and counting.
That’s not including the wonderful customers who have taken artwork home from markets and exhibitions over the years. Let’s take a look at some of those.
So far I’ve had the chance to show my work in Southampton, Sundsvall and Stockholm. Most recently at our exhibition space on Kyrkogatan in Sundsvall, where our first joint exhibition “Eye Candy” ran for six weeks in the lead-up to Christmas last year. Hopefully we’ll be able to announce dates for our next joint venture in the coming months.
In 2025 I also had the chance to show work at two of Cay Collective’s Creator Events — first at Trädgården in May and then at Münchenbryggeriet in December. They’re always a great opportunity to meet some of you in person and make new connections.
I’m continuing to stay busy with new artwork and plan to take part in as many events and exhibitions as possible, while also doing more carpentry and design work alongside it.
